DON’T LET STRESS WRECK HAVOC

I know a lot of are stressed and not getting enough sleep these days. There is so much going on in this crazy world we live in. I myself have been staying up so late, Just catching up on all the different issues all over the world.

Even after all devices are off, My mind is still very active trying to process everything. It feels like my alarm goes off shortly after I have fallen asleep.

Eventually your eyes will begin to show some puffiness. Most of it comes from aging and genetics. I tried these tricks along with more sleep and it has helped. Here are 3 of my Do- It- yourself routines!

  • Pepino (aka Cucumber) – They have Vitamin C, and antioxidants. Take a chilled cucumber and slice 2 pieces off. Let them sit at least 15 minutes on each side. That way the juices have time to soak into your skin.
  • Aloe Vera has natural healing properties. It has a soothing effect and does help with wrinkles. Apply some at night before bed or if you’ll be out in the sun.
  • Chilled spoon: I put mine in the fridge. They help reduce puffiness because they work to restrict blood flow to that area.

Cold water is also helpful. I sometimes use a cold wash cloth and relax for a little bit.
