Working Out With Kids
What better yoga partner then my little bud? Seriously he enjoys it as much as me. I really don’t exercise as much as I should, Which is why I have learned to love and embrace yoga!
There are some benefits with kids doing yoga it’s a non-competitive. I noticed it does help with teaching them calming techniques and being self aware. Helping them learn to focus and concentrate. This works best in small dozes of time, Kids do have short attention spans.
All activities have health benefits. Here are the top 12 reasons why I like yoga.

I don’t have much of an appetite early in the mornings. I drink water. Thankfully that’t the best thing to drink first thing in the morning!

I like to exercise first thing in the morning or during the day. Yoga fits in perfectly with those times.

They are so flexible and at the same time very breathable.
Bright colors can fade from being washed or worn too much. A huge bonus is that these colors have stayed very vibrant!
